The Service’s structure, interface, text, visual identity, logo and the “Hanori” name are the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected under French intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Content uploaded by users (project photos, notes, personal sheets, PDF files) remains their property. The trademarks, pattern designer names and yarn manufacturer names referenced in pattern sheets belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for identification purposes only.
5. Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Any request regarding your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) can be sent to hello@hanori.app.
6. Cookies
The Service uses cookies strictly necessary for it to function, as well as audience-measurement cookies subject to your consent. The details and the list of cookies are set out in the Cookie Policy.
7. Reporting content
Under French law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, any manifestly unlawful content found in the community pattern base can be reported from the sheet in question, or by email to hello@hanori.app, stating the URL, the nature of the content and your contact details.
8. Consumer dispute resolution (mediation)
Under article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the publisher has adhered to the consumer mediation service SAS Médiation Solution, 222 chemin de la Bergerie, 01800 Saint-Jean-de-Niost (sasmediationsolution-conso.fr) — a French/EU alternative dispute resolution scheme, broadly similar to what English-speaking readers may know as an ombudsman service. Any consumer may refer a dispute to it free of charge after a written complaint to the publisher has gone unanswered satisfactorily.
