From the sign-in screen, "Forgot password" sends a reset link valid for one hour. Remember to check your spam folder.

The questions that come up most
Can I cancel my premium subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account settings. Access stays active until the end of the paid period, and nothing is deleted afterwards.
Are my pattern PDFs shared?
No. Imported PDFs stay strictly private: only you can see them, and they never join the community base.
How do I export or delete my data?
Account settings offer a full export and permanent deletion. Deletion is irreversible and takes effect within 30 days.
